Shipping Policy
When order is placed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, a second email with tracking information for your item(s) will be sent. Shipping days are Mon-Fri. Package arrival is 2-3 days unless stated otherwise.
Express shipping is guaranteed 1-2 business days anywhere in the U.S.
Delivery Policy
A signature may or may not be required for delivery. Please keep up with your tracking information.
If your package is returned to us by the carrier for any reason, you must pay the shipping fee to have your package re-sent. Same label can not be reused. We do not issue refunds for packages sent back to us, we can resend the item after you purchase a new label or you can receive store credit.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGESLost/stolen packages are nonrefundable. Iyanna J is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly ask you ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before it leaves our facility.
Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of USPS/UPS. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office and file a claim through USPS as instructed. We cannot file claims on the addressee’ behalf.
Iyanna J does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier.
