RETURN POLICY

Iyanna J does not accept returns or exchanges for the best sanitary practices.

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, we will not send customers any damaged items.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your product. Please do not attempt to return or resend to company without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving confirmation.


Iyanna J is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of initial purchase. After 24 hours, order cannot be changed, modified or canceled. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number is sent to your email we cannot cancel your order. Please check that all your information is correct before completing checkout.

                                                             
FRAUD ORDERS

If your order comes up as fraud in our system or if your billing address is not the same as your shipping address we will cancel your order.

On some occasions we will require you to submit a picture of your state issued ID for verification.
